About Links & Moor

We are Beth and Rupert, a family-run team based on Dartmoor near Okehampton. After relocating from Kent to Devon, we created Links & Moor to bring our complementary skills together—supporting holiday home owners, local businesses, and households with dependable consultancy, bookkeeping, and skilled carpentry.

Holiday let consultancy built on genuine experience

With a decade of experience across hospitality—from housekeeping to front of house—and over eight years personally managing a portfolio of 40 holiday rentals, Beth knows what makes self-catering properties thrive. We help independent owners optimise listings, refine guest journeys, and maximise occupancy in an increasingly competitive market.

Strategic bookkeeping for peace of mind

Combining formal accounting qualifications with practical commercial knowledge, Beth provides attentive bookkeeping to a select group of clients. We go beyond simple record-keeping to offer clear financial insights and profit analysis, ensuring your business stays organised, compliant, and positioned for sustainable growth.

Reliable carpentry and property maintenance

Rupert brings more than 15 years of hands-on trade experience as a skilled carpenter across countless projects. From bespoke woodwork and property repairs to urgent late-night callouts for holiday guests, he delivers dependable, high-quality maintenance services across Okehampton and the wider Dartmoor area.

"From our family to yours: here to support you in whatever you need. If you're not sure how we can help, just reach out and ask."
